Intelligent cooling

HP support

Optimal arc start
In Kolarc XM power units, the wire contacts the workpiece at a wire speed lower than the set speed. Optimal ignition parameters are set based on wire type, diameter, and gas type. This ensures a flawless arc initiation, minimizing contact nozzle wear and preventing spattering.
Adaptive arc control / Arc length control
Kolarc XM power sources prevent the formation of spatter at the wire tip at the end of welding. Thanks to digital welding process regulation, it ensures consistent arc length penetration at different free wire distances and actively adjusts wire feeding to maintain a constant welding current in all situations.

XRoot enhances welding speed through energy-efficient short arc welding when compared to conventional arc welding methods. High feed rate, low heat input
In conventional machines, current control is slower due to the presence of large transformers and choke coils. XM series machines, with inverter technology, quickly lower current during droplet transfer for high speed and low heat input.
